藝術書寫與藝術史書寫

A Philosophical Reflection on Artwritings and Art-Historical Writings

摘要


西方學術思想史上,有關藝術和藝術史的討論起源甚早,現今被西方世界所共同採認的藝術概念,乃至於藝術史著述的正式開展,在文藝復興時期也已告建立;然而真正具有清楚學術性格的藝術史學則肇端於18世紀,並極興於19世紀末。為此,本文寫作目標係針對藝術史發展過程當中的藝術、歷史與書寫……等概念之間的關係加以釐清,據以說明藝術書寫與藝術史書寫的哲學內容與觀念操作方式。同時也通過藝術史研究學科發展概況的介紹,簡述藝術史方法論的美學議題如何一步步從理念、風格、結構、象徵過渡到藝術詮釋學的發展過程,以彰顯出藝術史書寫的哲學思考基礎。

The philosophical discourses and debates of art and art history had been held in the Europe since Hellenic age. The most acceptable or common concept of art were emerged relatively late until the time of Renaissance. It has been announced that the research on art history are also established in the same time. But the discipline of art history had found it's own way after the 18(superscript th) century. Not to mention the prosperous development of 19(superscript th) century's historical-methodological research in this field. In order to articulate the philosophical differences of art writing and art-historical writing, I have described the shade and auras of some basic concepts in philosophy of art history such as art, history and writing. With the introduction of their operational modes, I have also shown the stages of development of the western art histories.
