As state-owned enterprises were the core of traditional planned-economic system, the property rights reform of SOEs became the most important and representative reform during the economic transition of China. The reform is not yet over, but it has presented many special problems. This thesis observes on economic thoughts about property rights reform of SOEs, unfolding the state's straight interference in economic field, analyzing the practical outcome, problems and next direction of the reform of SOEs.
