組織知識創造、組織創造能力與組織績效關聯之探討

The Relation between Organizational Knowledge Creation, Organizational Creativity and Its Organizational Performance

摘要


隨著知識經濟時代的來臨,許多企業也轉為以知識管理為導向,因企業的主要獲利能力不再取決於有形的資本,而是決定於對知識等無形資產的收集與利用能力。企業也逐漸認知到知識管理對組織有極大的重要性;導入知識管理的目的,在於協助企業解決資料統合、分析與管理的問題,藉以提升企業的整體智慧,進而強化經營價值與競爭能力。本研究使用組織知識創造與組織創造能力為中間變數,並於以分析其置識創造活動與組織績效之影響。試圖建立一個完整的「知識創造應用架構」來解釋知識創造活動會如何影響組織績效。本研究共採集了138份有效問卷,並以此有效問卷為樣本進行回歸分析與統計。經驗證分析後發現:(1)知識創造活動的「社會化」、「組合化」及「內化」會正面直接影響組織創造能力。(2)知識管理績效的「組織創造能力」及也跟組織績效有顯著之正相關。由上分析結論得知,組織的知識創造與組織的創造能力不僅是環環相扣,也是影響組織績效的重要因素。

With knowledge economy coming, numerous enterprises have turned to knowledge management orientation. The main profitability to enterprises has no longer relied on the tangible capital, but decided in the collection and utilization of intangible assets such as knowledge. Enterprises have recognized the mportance of knowledge management of the organization. The purpose to employ knowledge management is to help enterprises solve the problem of data integration, analysis, and management issues. Knowledge management, thus, enhances the overall intelligence of organization and then strengthens the business value and competitiveness.In this study, the author placed organizational knowledge creation and organizational creativity as intermediate variables to analyze their imnpact on knowledge creation activities and organizational performance. The author was trying to build a comprehensive framework of knowledge creation application to explain how knowledge creation activities affect organizational performance.This study collected total of 138 effective questionnaires. The author employed these valid questionnaires as sampling for the regression analysis and statistics. The results are a) the socialization, comblnation, and internalization of the knowledge creation activities will positively and directly impact on the organizational creativity, and b), the organizational creativity in knowledge management performance has a significant positive correlation with the organizational performance. In conclusion, organizational knowledge creation and organizational creativity do not only relate to each other but also play an important role to impact on organizational performance.
