中國大陸手機製造業的發展與創新

Development and Innovation of Mobile Phone Manufacturing in Mainland China

摘要

進入21世紀以來，中國大陸手機製造業異軍突起，成為大陸高端製造業成功走向世界市場的一個範例。本文簡要介紹了大陸手機製造業從1980年代以來的發展歷程，包括其手機供應鏈如何從IDH發展到ODM，其生產規模及世界市場拓展的現狀，並以華為和小米為典型著重分析了大陸手機製造業的不同創新模式與特點，最後再簡要說明大陸手機製造業目前仍然存在的問題和麵臨的挑戰。

Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's mobile phone manufacturing industry has emerged as a new force, which has become a successful example of China's high-end manufacturing industry entering the world market. This paper briefly introduces the development of China mobile phone manufacturing industry since the 1980's, including its mobile phone supply chain's transformation from the IDH to ODM, and its production scale and the market development present situation in the world. This paper also analyzes different innovation models and characteristics of China's mobile phone manufacturing industry taking Huawei and MI as typical cases, and then briefly explains the mainland China mobile phone manufacturers now still existing problems and challenges.
