影響現職消防人員提早退休因素之研究：工作特性的分析

摘要

「提早退休」意指未達法定強迫退休之年齡，便申請提前辦理自願退休。由於消防人員勤務具有高度危險、辛勞等特性，其所考量之退休因素應不同於一般工作者之退休決定。本研究分析現職消防人員提早退休的考量因素，結果顯示，顯著影響消防人員提早退休傾向的因素包括婚姻狀況（有配偶者傾向較早）、消防工作年資（資深者傾向較晚）、勤務性質（外勤者傾向較早）、外在工作滿意度（請調成功申請者傾向較晚）、內在工作滿意度（滿意度高者傾向較早）。各變項對於提早退休的解釋力符合既有的研究成果，並能相應於消防工作的特質，獲得更細緻的解釋。本研究並針對勤務性質、工作滿意度、請調經驗等三項因素，提出進一步的討論與建議。

Early retirement is defined as voluntary retirement that applicants do not reach the age of mandatory retirement set by law. Due to the job characteristics of obvious personal safety concern, Taiwan incumbent firefighters' consideration of early retirement may differ from other workers'. This study finds the incumbent firefighters tend to retire before the legal mandatory retirement age when considering their marital status, seniority, fieldwork, extrinsic and intrinsic satisfaction. This research explores various dimensions of early retirement that related to the three important factors that pertinent to Taiwan firefighters' human resource system: nature of fieldwork, job satisfaction, and transferring system.
