摘要

本研究以修正式德爾菲法(Modified Delphi Method)探討台南縣七股鹽場成功關鍵因素，經文獻收集與考量產業之內外部因素而擬成問卷，經由專家學者群匿名在兩回合討論中達成共識。結果分別為：「區位條件」，含聯外交通便利性與園區地點優越；「園區發展」，含園區路線規劃、園區規模大小、休閒活動設計、經營管理制度建立與園區週邊自然景觀的吸引力；「公共設施與服務」，含指餐飲的便利性與公共設施的完善；「地方資源利用」，含自然景觀豐富程度與自然景觀的獨特性；「推廣活動」，含園區知名度、結合節慶活動、投入宣傳推廣程度、網際網路服務提供與旅遊資訊取得便利；「遊客旅遊行為」，含遊客滿意度與遊客旅遊動機。

The study namely aims at constructing the key success factors (KSF) of Cigu Salina, Tainan County; likewise, it was being conducted by Modified Delphi Method. Firstly, the researchers were attempting to establish the scale surveyed which is regarding internal and external factors in the salt works industry by means of related literature. Secondly, eighteen indicators in the six criterions were inducted in the study via the consensus of anonymous professionals, faculties, and experts. Furthermore, the criterions of key success factors established in Cigu Salina are: ”The conditions of location”, ”The development of related area”, ”Public equipment and facilities”, ”The utilization of local resources”, ”The promotion activities nearby area”, and ”The visitors' behaviors in travel”. Finally, the study presents the useful and practical for the practitioners in the future.
