In the age of a knowledge-based economy, not only do businesses have to face new challenges in environmental and strategic aspects, but the style and managerial philosophies of leaders should also be adjusted to accommodate the expectations and demands of the knowledge work and workers. Organizational learning is the main instrument through which strategies are updated; it is also a sustainable competitive advantage. The findings show that positive correlations exist between strategic leadership, organizational learning, and organizational performance in the highly competitive cinema industry; in addition, the findings show that organizational learning has a mediating effect.
