明新科技大學推動運動志工可行性分析

本研究目的為瞭解明新科技大學推動運動志工可行性，以作為未來招募及推動運動志工參考依據。使用「97年度教育部學校運動志工培訓研習調查表」進行調查，結果顯示大部份參加學員在未來有很高的意願參與運動志工工作，運動志工參與動機發現有「自我了解與自我肯定」、「獲得實務學習機會」、「是有意義的工作」、「可以累積就業實力」，學員想從事運動志工服務項目，有「運動賽會」、「運動技術指導」、「體育活動」、「健康諮詢服務」。因此建議應該積極爭取運動志工培訓工作，加強本校競爭優勢。
