網路影像監視系統是一種目前被廣泛使用的監視系統,無論攝影機採固定式監視,或旋轉式監視,均無法依據入侵者方位,即時調整攝影機對準入侵者,本研究目的為發展一套基於影像網路型監視裝置,系統硬體包含人體紅外線感測器、FPGA、CM○S影像感測器、圖框緩衝器、乙太網路開發板AX11015及步進馬達,所發展系統利用紅外線人體感測器偵測入侵者方位,透過步進馬達轉動CM○S影像感測器,擷取CM○S影像感測器之即時影像資料,儲存於圖框緩衝器中。利用交握式並列傳輸的方式,將影像資料由圖框緩衝器傳送到乙太網路開發板中,再經由乙太網路將影像資料傳送至遠端,經由實驗測試,本裝置成功地偵測入侵者及擷取影像,並可由網路進行影像傳輸。
Internet video surveillance systems have become increasingly important for monitoring and surveillance applications. Fixed cameras or moving cameras are employed to help surveillance for security. However, these cameras fail to monitor the presence of intruders outside their field of view. This paper presents a novel design of image-based monitoring system. The system can automatically detect the presence of intruders and transmit related image data, captured by a CMOS image sensor, to a remote site over the Internet. The proposed system comprises infrared sensors, a FPGA controller, a CMOS image sensor, a frame buffer, an Ethernet development board AX11015 and a stepping motor. The infrared sensors serve to detect intruders. Upon detection of intruders, the stepping motor rotates the CMOS image sensor to view the region where the intruders appear. Related image data are then transmitted to a remote site over the Internet. Experimental studies are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed system and results obtained verify its detection and data transmission abilities.
