The objective of this research is to understand that how well the professors knowing about case method, how they think about case method, and how to proceed to case method. This research is divided by two parts. One is the questionnaire study, 61samples. The other one is qualitative techniques, 11 samples. The samples of this research are the teachers in the College of Management. Four results are worth summarizing as follow: 1. The teachers do not understand the Harvard's case method very well. 2. Modified case method is suitable to be popularized in the College of Management. 3. If the college of management wants to promote case method in teaching, our suggestions are having seminar and forum of case study teaching, and encouraging teachers to write cases for teaching. 4. The Case method may become a distinguished teaching method in the College of Management of Minghsin University.
