醫療科技的進步與少子化的趨勢,使得我國人口結構也邁向高齡化社會發展,教育部於民國95年發布「邁向高齡社會老人教育政策白皮書」當中,正式將老化課程列人基礎教育中施行。研究目的:本研究旨在暸解高中生對於老化課程的學習動機、學習滿意度與學習成效之現況,俾利教師課程安排參考,與學生面對成功老化之準備。方法:本研究以方便取樣方式,高中一年級學生為研究對象,共發出258份問卷,回收201份,回收率為77.9%。以SPSS13.0統計軟體,以敘述性統計、t檢定、單變量變異數分析、迴歸分析、Scheffe事後比較法與Pearson積差相關係數進行資料處理及分析。結果:1.學生家庭管教放任式者,其學習動機較低;2.學生學習動機強烈者,學習滿意度也相對提高,因此增加學習成效的程度;3.學習動機之期望成分愈高,愈能影響學習成效的結果。建議:1.課程規劃上,將理論與時事結合,提高同學的學習動機;2.退休專業人士與同學分享經驗,多元化的教學策略,提升學習滿意度;3.舉辦生命教育系列活動,正面肯定學習成效。
Objective: The purpose of this study is in detail to investigate aging education programs for high school students to understand learning motivation, learning satisfaction and learning effects of the current situation of curriculum, so that there will influence teachers to perform curriculum arrangement, and affect students to face successfully aging.Methods: A sample of 258 was selected through convenience sampling, and approached to high school students, 201 valid questionnaires were collected, and the recovery rate was 77.9%. SPSS 13.0 for Windows was used for data analysis and processing with descriptive statistics, student's t-test, univariate analysis of variance, regression analysis, Scheffe's post hoc comparison method and Pearson's correlation coefficient.Results: (1) family discipline laissez-faire style is less motivation to learn; (2) With stronger students' learning motivation, learning satisfaction is also enhanced, thus giving rise to learning effects; (3) The higher the expectative component of learning motivation, the more ability to affect the results of learning effects.Discussion and Recommendation: 1. Owing to elevate student motivation and participate in discussions; the combination of theory and current events in curriculum planning. 2. Retired professionals and students to share their experiences, a wide range of teaching methods to enhance the learning satisfaction. 3. Perform life education series; thereby obtain positive recognition of learning effect.
