過去國內外都有研究針對大學生打工的議題進行分析,但多著重在工讀對於學生的課業、生活、家庭、個人態度、價值觀、消費行為等影響,然而對於工讀場所提供的教育訓練以及學習成效、工作績效的研究是相當缺乏的。學生在校園內工讀,學校能夠提供的訓練是否對於學生的學習成效與工作績效也會有所影響。研究結果發現,學生擔任工讀的原因主要是為賺取學費以及生活費,其次為增加社會歷練,此外,儲蓄也是學生打工的主要原因之一。個案學校中,學生對於學校所舉辦的教育訓練規劃以及教育訓練成效,以及對於本身工作績效的評量也都得到相當正面的分數。學校對工讀生教育訓練的規劃會正向的影響工讀生所感受教育訓練的成效。學校對工讀生教育訓練的規劃會正向的影響工讀生的工作績效。學校對於工讀生教育訓練的規劃會透過工讀生所感受教育訓練的成效而影響工讀生的工作績效,是一個部分中介的效果。
The research focused on the educational training program that the school prepared for the part-time worker and its effects. Besides, it also tried to figure the relationship between the educational training program and the performance of the part-time worker. The research collected 92 questionnaires and found that, first, the reason that students served as a part-time worker: earn tuition fee, accumulated social experience and save money. Next, in our case, the preparation of the educational training program and the training effects had positive relationships with the part-time worker's performance. The preparation of the educational training program had positive effects with the students' training effects and working performance. And, the effects of the educational training program had a mediation effect between the preparation of the educational training program and the students' working performance.
