本研究旨在探討九十三學年度台中地區一般大學、師範院校及技職院校應屆畢業生,在接受四年不同體系之教育下,面對求職競爭能力之自信程度研究。本研究參考Cheers雜誌(2004)對全國1000大企業調查資料,最受企業喜愛之新鮮人所應具備之十五項指標為依據,採用李克特氏五點量表,分別在專業能力及人格特質上(黃燕飛、吳明芳,2004),細分調整為21題能力指標之自製問卷,以台中地區不同體系學校隨機抽樣,發出問卷1000份,實際回收問卷749份,有效問卷700份。依據問卷調查結果,利用竹谷誠教授所發展之SS分析法及LFT計分理論,比較三種不同體系應屆畢業生在「專業能力」及「人格特質」這兩個向度上,對自我滿意之類似程度與差異性,及其各能力指標之脈絡以及重要度研究。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the Self-Satisfaction in Workplace Competitiveness of Graduate of University/Colleges of Normal/Technology/Teachers in Taichung in 2004. According to the report about the graduate students who were liked by the 1000 top of Taiwan's business from the cheers magazine in 2004, we described 21 items of the abilities of the questionnaire of 5-point Likert Scale. In this study, we collected 700 effective questionnaires. According to the results of the questionnaire, we used Semantic structure analysis and Logical flow test to draw structure maps of the three education systems and find the importance and similarity of them.
