台灣地區國産生鮮豬肉消費行爲之研究-家戶與店家消費模式之比較分析

Research on Consuming Behaviors of Taiwan-Produced Fresh Pork: A Comparative Analysis of Decision Processes between Household and Restaurant Consumers

摘要


本研究針對家戶和店家消費者的國產生鮮豬肉消費行爲,依據消費者決策程序模式(CDP模式),比較分析從「需求確認」開始到「棄卻」行爲決策爲止的所有購買程序,以釐清家戶和店家消費者在生鮮豬肉消費行爲上的異同。進而歸納出國產生鮮豬肉的消費型態,用以提供政府相關單位擬定相關管理政策之參考,同時提供國內養豬業者消費端的消費資訊,以利養豬業者有效掌握消費者的需求,進而擬定或改善可能的因應行銷策略。

This paper intends to clarify the commonalities and differences in the consuming modes, utilizing Consumer Decision Process Model to make comparative analysis of decision processes from need identification to disposal stages, between household and restaurant consumers of Taiwan-produced fresh pork. Results of this paper also suggest some outside-in information of fresh pork consumers' consuming behavior for government and producers about how to make policies and/or strategies to effectively manage consumers' need.
