當單一專業的服務無法滿足個體需求時,早期療育勢必需要結合相關專業人員,來為這些發展遲緩兒童提供完整、適切的評估與療育,以確保高品質早期療育服務。有鑑於此,本研究透過「早期療育醫療專業團隊服務現況調查」問卷,以立意取樣方式選取北區四家醫院內早期療育醫療專業團隊成員為主要研究對象,於2003年11月共寄發40份問卷,回收32份問卷(回收率80%)。研究結果顯示:1.早期療育醫療專業團隊具備中等以上的專業理論與實務應用知能;2.早療醫療專業團隊對於在職進修的需求程度具有高度需求;3.個案量太大、團隊人員態度不佳為早療醫療團隊合作與當前面臨的最大問題。值此之故,文末將提出客觀之建議,提供當前早期療育醫療專業團隊服務之參考。
Once a single discipline cannot meet individual needs, early intervention services have to combine with different professionals to serve these children with developmental delayed complete、proper assessment and intervention to ensure the high quality. In view of these, this study surveyed through the questionnaire ”Medical Disciplinary Team Operation of Early Intervention in Northern Taiwan”. Futhermore, by using purposive sampling to select 4 hospitals that serve early intervention services in northern Taiwan in 11, 2003, total 32 professionals of medical disciplinary team operation of early intervention joined the survey (response rate was 80%). The results showed: 1) The members of medical disciplinary teams of early intervention have high professional sense of theory and practice. 2) The members of medical disciplinary teams of early intervention have higher demands for in-service educational programs. 3) The burden of cases is too heavy and the improper attitude between different professors are the main reasons to affect the cooperation in medical disciplinary teams of early intervention. In view of the above, this article will make objective suggestions to be the reference of medical disciplinary team's operation of early intervention services.
