雙親對新生兒聽力篩檢僞陽性結果之心路歷程

近年來台灣出生人口急遽降低，每個雙親都希望自己生下的小孩是優生兒，加上醫療檢驗科技日趨精進，新生兒聽力篩檢成為一項新的篩檢項目，新生兒的聽力發展對兒童日後的語言、認知、社會發展的學習能力影響頗深，故在早期診斷、早期治療概念的推使之下，早期新生兒聽力篩檢亦被推展開來，由於一般執行篩檢時約於出生後24-36小時，此時許多新生兒的耳道內仍藏有許多的胎脂及羊水滯留，而導致有僞陽性新生兒聽力篩檢結果，這使受檢者及其家屬受到相當程度的街擊與影響，導致許多雙親在等待下一次篩檢測驗時可能會出現一些行為，故本研究藉由現象學之回溯法進行家庭訪視，並將受訪者所陳述的心理感受和經驗撰寫成逐字稿，並以主題分析與研究目的為主持的方式，有系統地轉換成文字敘述；並期望藉由此研究達到醫療相關人員在執行新生兒聽力篩檢檢查時，是否能多提供一些檢查目的之說明及結果數值解釋，並且能在檢查後或病志出院後，執行家庭訪視關懷新生兒狀況，以減緩雙親的焦慮，藉此提供早療的概念及看法，進而達早期診斷早期治療之目的。
