在氣候極端異常、疫情肆虐的時代,人類確實有必要重新面對物質消費行為、環保意識及自主簡樸生活間的關係,重新思索人與環境、人與自然的關係。本研究目的主要在探討臺灣和馬來西亞志工在計劃性物質消費動機、環保意識、自主簡樸生活及生活滿意度之關聯性。為達研究目的,本研究問卷參考國外量表,編制成合適本研究之「計劃性物質消費動機、環保意識、自主簡樸生活及生活滿意度電子問卷」,採google電子問卷調查方式。為確保問卷信效度,邀請專家進行問卷審視和修改後,透過預試問卷進行信效度分析,本問卷信度係數達.93具高一致性,經修改後之正式問卷,針對臺灣和馬來西亞志工以滾雪球的方式,總計回收716份,剔除無志工經驗填答者56份,有效問卷為660份、有效樣本數達92.2%。本研究結果發現,計劃性物質消費動機、環保意識、自主簡樸生活和生活滿意度之間息息相關。本研究資料分析後發現受試者社會人口變項之年齡、職業、教育程度與志工資歷與計劃性物質消費動機達顯著差異。性別、年齡、職業和志工資歷與環保意識達顯著差異。性別、年齡、職業、教育程度、家庭經濟狀態和志工資歷與自主簡樸生活達顯著差異。本研究根據資料分析結果歸結五大結論並針對志工組織、學校及未來研究提出建議。
In the era of abnormal climate and coronavirus outbreak, it is really necessary for humans to reface the relationship between material consumption behavior, environmental awareness, and voluntary simple lifestyle and rethink the relationship among humans, the environment, and nature. After the literature review, some international researchers showed the correlation between related issues and the necessity of this research. This study aimed to examine the correlation among planned material consumption motivation, environmental awareness, voluntary simplicity lifestyle, and life satisfaction of volunteers in Taiwan and Malaysia. To achieve this purpose, the questionnaire "Planned Material Consumption Motivation, Environmental Awareness, Voluntary Simplicity Lifestyle, and Life Satisfaction Scale" was modified by related questionnaires. The Google electronic questionnaire survey was adopted and experts were invited to examine and revise it to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed through the pilot test. The reliability of this questionnaire reached 0.93 with high consistency. After revision of the scale, a total of 716 questionnaires were collected for volunteers in Taiwan and Malaysia, 56 respondents with no volunteer experience were excluded, and 660 valid questionnaires and 92.2% valid samples were collected. The results of this study showed that planned material consumption motivation, environmental awareness, voluntary simplicity lifestyle, and life satisfaction were closely related. After analyzing the data of this study, we found that planned material consumption motivation tendency differed according to age, occupation, education level, and volunteering years. Environmental awareness tendency differed according to sex, age, occupation, and volunteering years. Voluntary simplicity lifestyle tendency differed according to gender, age, occupation, education level, household income, and volunteering years. According to the results of the data analysis, we gathered five conclusions and put forward suggestions for volunteer organizations, schools, and future research.
