The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the benefit analysis of performing the skill certification training for cosmetology department in senior secondary education. By the process evaluation of CIPP evaluation model, we hope to have fully understood the design objectives, practical ways and the possible improvement solutions in performing the related skill certification training, hairstyle and cosmetology and hair salon occupation, for cosmetology department in senior secondary education. We decided to adopt the CIPP evaluation model, and the points of views of Phenomenology and Hermeneutics are to be the theories basis of this research. Furthermore, we refer to qualitative research methods of article analysis, participant interview, focus group interviews, and participant observations to accomplish data collection. Finally, we proposed the concrete proposals for improvements and suggestions in connection with the measures of conducting the skill certification training in school, teachers in cosmetology department in senior secondary education to train their students to be familiar with the skill certification, students in cosmetology department in senior secondary education to lean skill certification.
