托嬰中心教保品質評估指標架構之研究

摘要


本研究旨在建構托嬰中心教保品質評估指標之架構,研究共分三階段進行:首先,整理托嬰中心教保品質和國內外托嬰中心托育品質評估工具相關文獻,歸納彙整提供指標建構之基礎,發展托嬰中心教保品質評估指標架構之初稿;之後,參考相關文獻編製第一回合之德懷術問卷,並以此問卷徵詢學者專家之意見,經由分析問卷之質性與量性內容,形成第二次德懷術結構式問卷。依據第二次德懷術之問卷結果,再擬定第三次德懷術問卷,進行結果分析並書寫結論。資料之彙整分析採內容分析法,量化統計部分採用IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0。本研究所建構之托嬰中心教保品質評估指標架構,具備良好建構效度,包括「關係與互動」、「保育照顧與活動」、「學習環境規劃」、「托育人員的專業發展」等四個層面、二十二個向度、八十六個細目指標。本研究依據上述結論提出相關建議,以供主管教育行政機關、托嬰中心及後續研究之參考。

This study aims to develop an assessment index for daycare center educare quality. Structured questionnaires are developed directly from relevant literatures as draft for the assessment scale of daycare center educare quality. Following that, 3 rounds of Delphi technique are applied, targeting the "Delphi technique expert panel", which is a panel of 20 people comprised of 9 scholars and 11 experts. Written opinions are collected, content analysis applied, and IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 is used for quantified statistics. The assessment index for daycare center educare quality developed by this study has good construct validity, encompassing the four levels of "relationship vs. interaction", "childcare vs. activity", "planning of the learning environment", and "professional development of educare staff", 19 dimensions and 86 detailed indices. Recommendations are made according to above conclusions and may be used as reference for the competent authority of educational administration, daycare centers and future studies.
