摘要


在現今科技發達的時代裡,廣告媒體業者的宣傳模式持續多樣化,然而消費者接收的廣告資訊更是五花八門,就連廠商所提供的產品資訊都無法辨認虛實,導致消費者在購買商品後,容易產生購後感受及預期心理的落差,對廠商的品牌形象,及產品信任度亦逐漸降低。因此本研究建立“SHOPPING JI"買家購物論壇平台,不僅提供消費者發表、查詢評論等多項功能,亦提供廠商專屬官方帳號,給予廠商宣傳產品資訊的機會,與澄清不實消息的管道,以重建廠商商譽、形象以及信任度。本團隊期望能藉此買家購物論壇平台,建立消費者與廠商之間的信任及雙向溝通,打造買賣雙方雙贏之局面。

After the purchase of the product, the consumer is likely to have a gap between the post-purchase experience and the expected psychological, and the brand image of the manufacturer is gradually downgraded. Therefore, this study has established the "SHOPPING JI" buyer shopping forum platform, which not only provides consumers with the ability to publish, query comments, etc., but also provides vendor-specific accounts, giving manufacturers the opportunity to promote product information and clarify false information, hoping to use this platform, Establish two-way communication between consumers and manufacturers.
