客製化禮品平台設計與行銷之研究

Research on Design and Marketing of Customized Gift Platform

摘要


人們在重要的節日往往會想要送禮物給親友,但卻不想和別人送的一樣。無奈一般人想送些特殊的禮物但卻沒有想法,就算有了想法也買不起。本研究即是基於這個現象,運用評估研究法,設計一個客製化禮品的平台。本平台以App為介面,結合了具有手藝之客製化手工小物店家,在網路上開設一個虛擬之交易平台,提供販賣手工客製小物或接受顧客委託製作。所有的交易金額都在兩仟元以下。消費者可依他們的需求透過平台之搜尋工具找到自己喜愛的手工小物或是委託專業的廠商進行客製化製作。本研究希望透過創新數位經濟平台的建置,能使送禮者在忙碌之餘也能維持朋友間情誼並達到社交互動的目的,除了讓送禮者可以送出心目中理想的客製化手工小物,更可讓收禮者能有一個美好回憶。

People often want to give gifts to relatives and friends in important festivals, but they don't want to be the same as others. Although most people want to give some special gifts but they have no idea. Even if they have an idea, they can't afford the expense. This research is based on this phenomenon and uses the evaluation research method to design a platform for customized gifts. This platform uses the App as the interface, combined with the craftsmen who handmade customized small things, and opens a virtual trading platform on the Internet to provide the sale of handmade small things or accept the commission of customers. All gift's selling price are below NT$2,000. Consumers can find their favorite handmade objects through the search tool of the platform according to their needs or entrust professional manufacturers for customized production. This research hopes that through the establishment of an innovative digital economic platform, the gift-giver can maintain friendship between friends and achieve the purpose of social interaction in addition even being busy. In addition to giving the gift-giver the ideal customized handmade small things in mind, It allows the recipient to have a nice memory.
