青少年網路沈迷之研究

摘要

本研究之主要目的為探討青少年網路使用與網路沈迷之間的關係，對於本研究的進行，研究者將探討「人格」、「生活適應」、「心理需求」、「網路使用行為」、「網路沈迷」等變項間的關係。 本研究採用問卷調查法，以南部地區1199名青少年學生為研究對象，使用「網路使用調查表」、「中文網路成癮量表」、「網路心理需求量表」、「人格量表」、「生活適應量表」、「網路影響量表」為研究工具。所收集的資料，以描述性統計、t考驗、典型相關、多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。 所得結論：一、網路沈迷高危險群在人格、生活適應及心理需求上和一般青少年有明顯不同。二、國高中生在「連線遊戲」及「成人網」的使用上多於大學生。三、連線遊戲和網路成癮量表的相關最高。四、心理需求的滿足是青少年上網的最大動機。 所提建議：一、網路是工具，青少年宜分辨主從關係，家長與師長應多加瞭解青少年的心理需求與網路活動內容。二、避免青少年網路沈迷，宜從青少年早期即著手。三、高中職生成人網的使用值得教育工作人員注意。四、網路沈迷的現象日漸嚴重，醫療行為及教育輔導應加強合作。五、運用本研究所發展之衡鑑工具篩檢網路沈迷者。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between internet activity and internet addiction among adolescent students. In this study, the researcher focused on the relationships among the following variables: personality traits, living adjustment, psychological needs, internet activities and internet addiction.
The subjects included 1199 adolescent students, and they were sampled from Kaohsiung and Pingtung areas. The research instruments including Internet Usage Survey, Internet Addiction Scale, Internet Psychological Needs Scale, Personality Traits Scale, Living Adjustment Scale, and Internet Effect Scale. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, canonical correlation, multiple regression analysis.
The conclusions were as follows:
1. The personality traits, living adjustment, psychological needs were different between high-risk internet addicts and general internet users.
2. High school students were more addicted to ”on-line games” and ”porno websites” than university students.
3. There was the strongest correlation between on-line games and Internet Addiction Scale.
4. To satisfy the psychological needs was the strongest motive for internet in adolescents.
Some suggestions for readers:
1. Internet is just a tool, and adolescents need to learn the difference between dominating and being dominated. Parents and teachers can help adolescents to find their psychological needs, and pay more attention to what they do on line.
2. It is better to avoid internet addiction from early period of youth.
3. Senior high school students are easier to visit porno websites than junior high or university students, educators concerned should pay attention to such situation.
4. The situation of internet addiction is getting worse than what we knew before, medical treatment and student counseling are necessary for getting further cooperation.
5. The research instrument of this study is available for checking who is an internet addict.
