應用出院準備服務概念護理一位情感型精神疾患之經驗
A Discharge Plan for an Affective Disordered Patient

An affective disordered patient repeatedly admitted to a hospital due to suffering from auditory hallucination, suicide ideation, and family dysfunction. The article described a discharge plan made by the primary nurse. The plan enhances drug compliance, self-care ability and family coping ability, and working with the medical team and the family. The final goal of the plan is to maintain the basic social functioning and preserve the effectiveness of treatment.
