摘要

當醫療環境發展為以病患為中心的醫療照護(patient-centered medical care )時如何利用系統性方法以及醫療團隊成員之間的合作來維護醫療品質、降低醫療疏失是越來越重要的課題。本文綜合多篇文獻,探討國外、圍內關於醫療疏失、用藥疏失以及藥物交互作用的發生率及醫療成本、並希望藉由了解藥物交互作用之發生機轉,進一步避免甚至是加以利用藥物交互作用對治療結果的影響。隨著研發技術之進步,藥品研發雖然提供了更多的治療選擇,但也提高藥物交互作用的發生率,因 此本文探討四則最近2年發表於文獻上的藥物作用新案例。希望藉由本篇文獻,提供醫療人員在面對可能或已經發生的藥物交互作用時如何正確及快速地處理以期許建立一個重視醫療品質以及病患安全的醫療環境。

When medical treatment changed to patient centered medical care, it became increasingly important to maintain the quality of care and lower the rate of medical errors by using systematic methods and through collaboration of the medical team. This article examines several studies and reviews the incidence, mechanism, cost, and eases of drug-drug interactions. Once medical practitioners understand the mechanisms of these interactions, they can avoid or even utilize these effects of drug-drug interactions. The development of new medical products provides more alternatives for treatment, but also increase the incidence of drug-drug interactions. We discuss four new drug-drug interaction cases published in the last 2 years. We hope this paper will help medical practitioners predict and manage these effects of drug-drug interactions and will improve the quality safety of medical treatment. (Full text in Chinese)
