摘要

近年來多重抗藥性Acinetobacter baumannii院內感染已日益嚴重，特別是在重症或具有嚴重潛在疾病的患者。我們報告本院首例的泛抗藥性不動桿菌菌血症病例，這是一位55歲男性病人，入院期間發生多次泌尿道感染，最後病人因為PDRAB(Pandrug-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii)引起的泌尿道感染併發菌血症，引發敗血症休克死亡。

The upsurge of nosocomial infections due to multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDRAB) has been noticed, particular in critically ill patients and those with significant underlying diseases. The emergence of pandrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (PDRAB) strains that are resistant to all commercially available antibiotics has also been observed in recent years. In Taiwan, the first appearance of PDRAB was in 1998 at the National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) and the widespread presence of this organism has been evident ever since. Six years after the first appearance of PDRAB, we report on the first pandrug-resistant A. baumannii nosocomial bacteremia case in Taipei City Hospital, Yangming Branch.
