超音波定位壓迫修復血管攝影後之股動脈假動脈瘤

摘要

一個50歲男性B型肝炎病患有肝硬化及肝癌。轉至本科進行栓塞治療。治療後1天發現右側鼠蹊部腫塊。超音波檢查發現右側股動脈假動脈瘤。在用簡單超音波導引壓迫法下，快速的使股動脈假動脈瘤封閉且追蹤1周期間並未復發，且病人也未有任何不適及併發症。

A 50-year-old male who was a hepatitis B carrier complicated by liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. He was referred to our department for transarterial hepatic embolization. A right groin mass was noted by the patient day one post treatment. Ultrasound examination revealed a right femoral artery pseudoaneurysm. Ultrasound-guided compression was subsequently applied to the pseudoaneurysm, and it occluded quickly, and did not recur during the one week follow up period. No discomfort and complication was noted.
