摘要

相關調查顯示高比率的台灣嬰幼兒正遭遇到睡眠相關問題，鑑於嬰幼兒的睡眠問題，對整個家庭身心發展具有重要及長遠的影響。故整合文獻發現嬰幼兒最常見的睡眠問題為就寢困難與夜晚醒來，且主要與家庭睡眠習慣建立有關。此問題亟需被政府相關單位重視，建立本土化嬰幼兒親職教育介入措施，以提升台灣嬰幼兒良好睡眠習慣的養成。已有睡眠問題的兒童，實證發現合併藥物治療與行為治療能有效治療患童的睡眠問題。因此建議醫護人員在職教育，加入嬰幼兒睡眠問題與治療教育課程，使醫護人員能有認知。並能及時給予有嬰幼兒睡眠問題的家庭協助。期藉由此綜論提供給嬰幼兒相關照護醫護人員臨床照護嬰幼兒睡眠問題的參考。

The associated inspections indicated the high ratio infants and children in Taiwan have sleep questions now. Such questions will affect long-term body-mind development and health development of family. This report, integrated the results of some literatures, showed that the most common sleep difficulties were going to bed and nocturnal awakenings mainly associated with family sleep habit and circumstances. The government shall pay attention on healthy sleep habit to establish the local intervention for parenting education and to promote the sleep habit of infants and children in Taiwan. For children with sleep questions, empirical research showed combination medications and behavioral therapies are valid for curing them. Therefore, the in-service education for medical staffs in obstetrics and pediatrics shall be added the related curriculums in infant sleep questions and cures. Then, medical staffs will realize infant sleep questions and provide supports for the families of having the questions. The conclusions of this study will provide the references on sleep questions of infants and children for medical staffs.
