Bilateral Pedicle Stress Fracture after Instrumented Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion and Vertebroplasty in a Rheumatoid Arthritis Patient: A Case Report
雙側椎弓根壓力性骨折發生在腰椎融合與椎體成形術後的類風濕關節炎病人－病例報告
摘要
Bilateral pedicle stress fracture is a type of rare bone fracture. Almost all reported cases had some underlying causative factors like degenerative spine disease and previous spine surgery, or occurred in those having stress-related activities, such as athletes. We report a case of bilateral pedicle stress fracture after instrumented transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion and vertebroplasty in a rheumatoid arthritis patient. Disease history of the patient is presented related literature are reviewed.

雙側椎弓根壓力性骨折為一種罕見的骨折。大部份的發病因子和一些潛在的致病因素有關，如退化性脊椎疾病或先前有過脊椎手術或經常承受高壓活動者，如運動員。本篇為接受過腰椎融合與椎體成型術的類風濕關節炎患者，發生雙側椎弓根骨折的個案報告。本文將呈現本例之病史以及文獻回顧。
