摘要

目的：員工健康為健康促進醫院的指標，本研究在瞭解某榮民醫院員工代謝症候群之年度盛行率，及其在性別、年齡別、職類別與年度之差異，結果作為推動員工健康促進方案的依據。方法：採10年回溯世代研究，對象為某榮民醫院員工，資料庫抓取自2007年1月至2016年12月10年的健康檢查資料。結果：分析26,704人次，歸人戶後10,648人，代謝症候群的平均年盛行率為5.7％，盛行率由2007年3.3％到2016年攀升到11.4％，性別、職類、年齡皆與代謝症候群的發生有關係。結論：本研究發現代謝症候群高危險個案為行政人員、51－65歲的族群，建議應加強代謝症候群的預防方法，包括辦理檢康促進的生活模式活動，以提高員工的健康狀況，建立員工健康資料庫，並列入員工健康管理的長期追蹤。

Objectives: Employees health is an index of health promotion hospital. This study aimed to investigate the annual prevalence of metabolic syndrome in a veteran hospital and its difference in age, sex, occupation, and year. The findings would be used as references for promoting employees' health. Methods: The study adopted a 10-year retrospective cohort design. Health examination data of a veteran hospital from January 2007 to December 2016 were used in analyses. Results: A total of 26704 time-person were retrieved and 10648 households were obtained after household categorization. The mean annual prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 5.7%, starting from 3.3% in 2007 to 11.4% in 2016. Sex, occupation, and age were associated with the prevalence of metabolic syndrome. Conclusions: Our study found that subjects who were administration personnel and aged 51-65 were high risk population of metabolic syndrome. We suggest a strengthen prevention program for the subjects including holding health life promoting activity, establishment of health database, and long-term follow-up of the health status.
