摘要

近年的電子傳輸技術進步，遠距醫療（telemedicine）已成為許多國家醫療保健的重要一部分。皮膚科學的視覺特徵，使得遠距皮膚科學（teledermatology）有充分發揮的空間。臺北市立聯合醫院提供居家醫療照護服務「藍鵲計畫」，會同醫療小組共同提供綜合評估和彙整醫療照護服務，其中包含了遠距皮膚科會診服務，希望能夠為行動不便的長者提供全方面居家醫療服務。本文回顧過去的文獻探討遠距皮膚科學在全球的應用與限制及簡介本院遠距皮膚科會診服務。

In recent years, telemedicine has become an important part of health care system because of the advancement of electronic transmission technology,. The visual characteristics and symptoms of dermatology have enabled the teledermatology to play a sufficient role in disease identification. Taiwan Blue Magpie Plan, a home-based care plan of the Taipei City Hospital, provides comprehensive assessments and integrated medical services for elderly with loss of mobility in collaboration with the medical team. In this article, we review previous studies on global application of teledermatology and introduce our experience of teledermatology in the Taipei City Hospital.
