摘要

2020年5月台灣的新冠肺炎大流行，醫藥界竭盡所能去照顧染疫病人，中醫藥專家也參照經典如《傷寒論》、《溫熱學》等文獻，不拘於古書而能搭配西醫治療達到中西合璧之盛況，此文解析衛生福利部疾病管制署所編臨床處置暫行指引及葉天士所著《溫熱學》、衛生福利部國家中醫藥研究所所編的中醫臨床分期治療指引，除此之外也比較了清冠一號與清肺排毒湯、連花清瘟膠囊之藥物組成。望各醫界透過本文能更了解中藥與西藥之作用。

Since the Taiwan COVID 19 pandemic in May 2020, medical professionals have done their best to take care of the infected patients. Referring to classic literature such as Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Theory of Warming, and others, Chinese medicine experts have practiced in coordination with modern western medicine with no restriction to ancient books to work out a Chinese-western medicine grand occasion. This article analyzes the interim guidelines for clinical treatment compiled by the Centers for Disease Control of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Theory of Warming and Heat by Ye Tianshi, and the guidelines for the clinical staged treatment of Chinese medicine compiled by the National Research Institute of Chinese Medicine of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Besides, we compared the drug compositions of NRICM101, Qingfei Paidu Decoction, and Lianhua Qingwen. We hope the medical circles can better understand the effects of Chinese medicine and western medicine through this article.
