Objectives: The objective of this study was to explore the satisfaction of nursing staff in 〞Disease Prevention Staff Supporting Hotel〞 project and related factors. Methods: This study adopted a cross-sectional research design investigating nurses who joined the 〞Disease Prevention Staff Supporting Hotel〞 project. We used a self-developed satisfaction scale with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.95. We distributed 274 questionnaires and obtained 270 valid copies (response rate = 98.5%). Results: Of all 270 participants, 80.2% of the nurses who joined the project lived with their families, with satisfaction scores ranging from ordinary to satisfied (3.93 points). The nurses were most satisfied with 〞Flexibility of check-in time〞 (4.4 points), followed by 〞Staying at work without worries〞 (4.24 points); the lowest satisfaction was 〞Prepay accommodation fee〞 (3.01 points), followed by 〞Need to send application in advance〞 (3.11 points). In terms of demographic, regression analysis found that the older age, the lower the satisfaction of the nurses in the acute and critical care units. Married and those living with household members infected with the coronavirus had higher satisfaction. Conclusions: Avoid prepaying accommodation fees and reducing the number of days to apply in advance would meet user demands better and increase the satisfaction of the 〞Disease Prevention Staff Supporting Hotel〞 project. The findings provide a helpful reference for the government to formulate accommodation projects for frontline nurses.
