疫情下以病人為中心的藥事服務

Patient-Centered Pharmacy Services during COVID-19 Pandemic

摘要


為因應新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情,臺北市立聯合醫院啟動第二、三次慢箋戶外領藥的機制,其目的在降低群聚風險、避免院內感染進而可能導致的社區傳播。本文為記錄在新冠肺炎疫情下,聯醫以病人為中心提供的貼心戶外領藥防疫藥事服務,同時藉以探討未來第二、三次慢箋領藥的有效模式。研究結果發現領藥「得來速」或戶外領藥,需有適當地點及規劃,並有良好的標準作業流程。在疫情結束之後,未來將以人性關懷為導向,規劃實施第2、3次慢箋領藥便民措施。

The Taipei City Hospital initiated the curbside pickup services to provide second and third refill prescriptions in response to the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic to reduce the risk of aggregation and nosocomial infections, which may lead to community spread of the virus. This article aimed to document the patient-centered pharmacy services provided by the Taipei City Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic and explored the effective model for refill prescriptions. The results showed that proper location, arrangement, and standard operating procedure were required to achieve quality curbside or drive-through pharmacy services. We plan to implement the humanistic oriented convenient refill prescriptions services after the pandemic.
