摘要

本院為衛福部公告傳染病指定隔離醫院及應變醫院，同時設有專責病房之醫院，承接居家檢疫透析與住院確診患者透析業務。雖然在專責病房內無法透析，因為無移動式逆滲透造水機（Mobile Reverse Osmosis, MRO），以確保透析用水的純淨。所有新冠肺炎（Coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19）陽性個案的透析病患都是從病房拉動線，移動到洗腎室獨立病室，再進行血液透析。歷經2021年5月疫情第一波高峰，到現在2021年12月為止，無任何院內感染的情形。證實只要做好分艙分流，靠獨立病室、良好的動線管制與確實清潔消毒，可提供病患安全的透析。故類似型態的透析中心，可以此借鏡觀摩。

Our hospital is a designated isolation hospital and a response hospital for infectious diseases, as announced by the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control announcement, with a dedicated ward for home quarantine dialysis and inpatient dialysis services for Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) confirmed patients. Due to the lack of mobile reverse osmosis (MRO) water system to ensure water purity, all COVID-positive dialysis patients must be transported from the ward to the isolation room in the hemodialysis center for hemodialysis. There has been no nosocomial infection since the first peak of the pandemic in May 2021 till October 2021, suggesting that hemodialysis is safe, providing that patient segregation and flow control, isolated room care, and a good traffic flow are genuinely conducted. Dialysis centers of a similar type may learn and borrow our experiences and measures.
