高血壓病人心理健康、自我管理與生活品質之相關性

摘要


目的:探討高血壓病人心理健康、自我管理與生活品質之相關。方法:採橫斷式研究設計,方便取樣於北部某區域教學醫院心臟內科門診共160位。問卷內容包含心理健康、自我管理及生活品質等。統計方法以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定(independent samples t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、皮爾森相關係數(Pearson's correlation analysis)及多元線性迴歸分析(multiple linear regression analysis)等。結果:心理健康與自我管理呈顯著正相關;也與生活品質呈顯著正相關。自我管理與生活品質呈顯著正相關。年齡、慢性病數、腰圍、心理健康、自我管理等因素對於高血壓病人生活品質的總解釋力達28.1%。結論:提升心理健康及自我管理的能力,可以增加高血壓病人的生活品質。

Objective: To investigate the relationships between mental health, self-management, and quality of life in patients with hypertension. Methods: This cross-sectional study used convenience sampling to enroll 160 patients at the outpatient department of cardiology in a regional teaching hospital in northern Taiwan. The questionnaire contents included mental health, self-management, and quality of life. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were used in statistical analyses. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between mental health and self-management and between mental health and quality of life. Also, self-management was positively correlated with quality of life. Variables such as age, Charlson Comorbidity Index, waistline, mental health, and self-management were the predictors for quality of life in patients with hypertension, with 28.1% of the total variance explained. Conclusion: Improving mental health and self-management ability can improve the quality of life in patients with hypertension.
