從臺灣報關業現況試析其未來發展趨勢

在進出口貿易過程中，與其最密切的產業就是報關業（Customs broker），其與經濟發展及對外貿易之間關係極為密切，而對外貿易實務中，報關行業處於物流供應鏈中一個非常弱勢但又十分重要的一個環節，報關業和報關從業人員對貨物之進出口通關作業的貢獻功不可沒。本文旨在報關業發展現狀，探討該行業存在的問題，提出一些未來發展趨勢。並建議報關業者，要轉型、推動跨關區報關，培育人才，提升專業能力、服務熱誠、經營理念和遠略，才能在激烈的市場競爭立於不敗之地。

The industry of Custom broker has very close relationship with import and export trade, which is also very important to the economic development. In the international trade practices, customs industry is a very important but undervalued link in the logistics supply chain. The customs brokers and customs practitioners had great contributions on the import and export of goods clearance operations. This article aims to understand customs industry development, to explore the problems of the industry, and to point out some future trends of this industry. This article also suggested that customs brokers had to transform, to promote cross-region declaration, to cultivate human resource, to increase professional competence, dedication to service and long-term strategy, in order to remain invincible in the fierce market competition.
