The higher education of all countries across the globe is interconnected and mutually constructive. The development of higher education globalization has brought about both opportunities and challenges to universities in all countries. In response, these countries have carried out transformation of university governance to adapt to the development trend of higher education globalization. With the economic reform and opening up, China's higher education has gradually blended in the world higher education system and participated in global cooperation and competition.
