隨著全球化及跨國流動人口增加,我國跨國婚姻現象比例攀升,新住民在語言、文化上之差異,可能導致生活及教育適應等問題,進而造成其子女的學習落差。本研究旨在藉由Young差異政治理論之觀點,探討新住民子女在教育上可能承受之壓迫。在研究方法上,採取教育詮釋學方法,以辯證的精神,分析和詮釋的方式來論述差異政治觀點之政策分析,檢視現今新住民子女教育政策。本研究有如下發現:相關政策仍以主流文化為前提,隱含正義的分配典範色彩;其次,尚未能破除新住民子女的制度性壓迫與宰制,政策必須考量社會群體內之差異族群,給予新住民子女正面增強,承認不同群體之差異性;最後有必要從政策上鼓勵學生能自我發展,並自我決定自己的未來。
With the increase of globalization and cross-border migrant population, the proportion of transnational marriages is increasing in Taiwan. The differences in language and culture of new immigrant may result in many problems with life and education, and their children's learning gap. This paper, through Young's politics of difference, aims to discuss the possible oppression in education of new immigrant children, and expects to provide for the future planning of educational policies for the new immigrant children. The research method in this study employed educational hermeneutics to analyze and interpret those discourses suggestions for constructing a policy analysis. This study has the following findings: The above policies are still premised on the mainstream culture, implying the distributional model of justice; secondly, the institutional oppression and domination of new immigrant children have not been broken; the different ethnic groups within the social groups must be considered in order that the new immigrant children could be positively enhanced and recognize the differences between different groups; finally, it is necessary to encourage students to self-develop and self-determine their own future.
