領導風格與工作壓力對工作滿意度之影響-以新竹縣政府警察局分駐(派出)所為例

Impact of Leadership Styles and Working Stress on Job Satisfaction - A Case Study of Police Divisions in Hsinchu County

摘要


本研究以新竹縣政府警察局各分駐(派出)所基層員警為對象,目的在探討領導風格與工作壓力對工作滿意度之影響,及不同背景變項員警與工作滿意度之關係。計發出問卷390份,回收有效問卷340份,有效回收率87.2%,經以SPSS統計軟體之敘述性統計、信效度分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等方法進行研究,結果發現:(1)領導風格及轉換型領導對工作滿意度呈顯著正向影響;(2)交易型領導對工作滿意度、工作壓力對工作滿意度、內部因素壓力對工作滿意度、外部因素壓力對工作滿意度及個人因素壓力對工作滿意度皆呈顯著負向影響;(3)不同背景變項之員警在員警工作滿意度的認知感受均無顯著差異。

The subjects of this study are the police officers working in the police divisions in the area governed by Hsinchu County Government. The objectives of this study are to find out the impact of leadership styles and working stress on job satisfaction as well as the relationship between the job satisfaction and different backgrounds. In total, 390 questionnaires are submitted, of which 340 effective questionnaires are collected, with an overall 87.2% effective response rate of questionnaire. In this study, descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe, and regression analysis are conducted utilizing SPSS statistical software. The results show: (1) Leadership styles and transformational leadership have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; (2) Transactional leadership, working stress, stress of internal factors, stress of external factors and stress of personal reasons have a negative effect on job satisfaction;(3) The police officers have insignificant differences in perception of job satisfaction according to different demographic background.
