本研究旨在探討國小校長專業領導行為、學校內部社區感對學校效能之影響。採問卷調查法,本研究以「國民小學校長專業領導行為、學校內部社區感與學校效能之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,調查對象為台中市、彰化縣、南投縣及雲林縣四縣市國小教師,以學校規模為分層抽樣的依據,有效樣本為648份。本研究採取階層迴歸與逐步多元迴歸進行統計分析,研究結論有二:(一)校長專業領導行為如果能加上學校內部社區感的塑造,則對學校效能的影響效果將更明顯。(二)國小校長專業領行為、學校內部社區感各面向對學校效能整體及各面向的解釋作用,均以學校內部社區感的「學校參與」面向解釋力最高。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of principals' professional leadership in elementary schools and school sense of community on school effectiveness. The method of survey study was conducted in this study. The researcher sent questionnaires to sample teachers of elementary schools of Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County, and Yunlin County in the central area of Taiwan. There were 648 valid samples and data were analyzed by the methods of hierarchical regression and stepwise multiple regression. The findings of this study were twofold. First, together with a higher degree of school sense of community, principal professional leadership exercised greater impacts on school effectiveness. Second, the participation of school members, which is one of the elements of school sense of community, has the greatest predictability on school effectiveness.
