摘要

本研究以在醫院服務，且從事輪班工作之20位護理人員爲研究對象，探討護理人員輪班工作對生活品質的影響。研究方法採用質性訪談方法來蒐集資料，綜合統整發現如下：1.在生理、心理分析中發現，輪班所造成的影響以睡眠困擾最嚴重，其次包括月經疼痛、消化不良及情緒不佳、易怒等問題。2.對家庭關係影響概括有：生活作息與家人不能配合、家人關係疏離及親子關係薄弱等，其中有些是單一因素，有些則是多重因素所導致。而已婚者與未婚者在家庭關係的影響也有些不同。3.至於在人際關係上，發現受訪者因輪班工作使得人際互動範圍有所侷限，幾乎都和同事或同行的人在互動。根據本研究結果發現，因爲輪班導致之生活作息相反，造成其工作、身體、家庭的多重負擔，甚至從事輪班工作的護理人員在睡眠品質、身心健康及家庭功能普遍較差，使得大多數輪班的受訪者會期望能尋找不需輪班的工作，以作爲調適方法。未來應積極研究如何在輪班制度設計上做人性化的調整，實行其他可能的措施，以進一步降低輪班工作所造成的不良衝擊。

In this study is aimed to discuss the influence the quality of life for shift-work nursing staffs and interviewed 20 nurses who work on hospitals. The materials is collected by in depth interview and found as follows: 1. The analysis for physical and psychological aspects found that the most serous impact of shift-work is sleep and next including menstruation ache, dyspepsia and mood not good, testiness and so on questions. 2. Summarized the impact of family relations: living with their families could not be coordinated, alienated from their family members and the parentage weak and so on, some of which are single, and others are caused by multiple factors. Married and unmarried persons in the family relations are also somewhat different. 3. In the interpersonal relationships, it found that the interviews work in shifts make the interactive scope to have limit, and almost along with colleagues and counterparts in the interaction. According to the results of this study found that shift-work nurses have burdens from work, physical body and family. It is weaker on sleep of quality, health and family relationship than other nursing staffs not need in shift. Most of interviews hope that to find the job not need in shift to solve their problems. In the future should be actively studying how to shift in the design of the system of life on the adjustment of the implementation of other possible measures to shift work to further reduce the adverse impact.
