The purpose of this study was to examine the improvement of breastfeeding knowledge and breastfeeding attitude of nurses after health education. A quasi-experimental study was designed. Experimental group subjects receive health education. Control group subjects had not received intervention. Breastfeeding knowledge and attitude of the experimental group better than the control group, and there were significant differences. This study demonstrates that the acceptance of breastfeeding and health education intervention was more effective to increase nurses' breastfeeding knowledge and attitudes. The applications are in the future, should strengthen the nursing breastfeeding training. The results of this study can be used as a reference of the design of clinical nursing staff education.
