衛教課程介入對護理人員哺餵母乳知識與態度的影響

摘要


本研究目的是探討衛教課程介入對護理人員哺餵母乳的知識與態度之成效情形。採準實驗研究設計,分成對照組與實驗組各30人,實驗組進行哺餵母乳衛教課程課程,控制組未採任何措施,研究結果發現:實驗組哺餵母乳知識及態度均優於控制組,且達顯著差異。本研究證明了接受哺餵母乳衛教課程介入,更能有效增加護理人員哺餵母乳知識及態度。未來在護理的應用上,應加強護理人員哺餵母乳相關在職訓練,本研究之結果可以作為未來設計臨床護理人員在職教育的參考。

The purpose of this study was to examine the improvement of breastfeeding knowledge and breastfeeding attitude of nurses after health education. A quasi-experimental study was designed. Experimental group subjects receive health education. Control group subjects had not received intervention. Breastfeeding knowledge and attitude of the experimental group better than the control group, and there were significant differences. This study demonstrates that the acceptance of breastfeeding and health education intervention was more effective to increase nurses' breastfeeding knowledge and attitudes. The applications are in the future, should strengthen the nursing breastfeeding training. The results of this study can be used as a reference of the design of clinical nursing staff education.
