商業智慧運用於連鎖藥局之效益探討-以某藥局為例

The Effectiveness of Business Intelligence Applied in Chain Pharmacies-A Case Study of a Pharmacy

摘要


近年來,知識與知識的創造及應用已被視為是企業重要競爭力的來源,如何透過有效的知識管理以提升知識對企業與個人的價值與效能,進而提升競爭力已成為關鍵議題。有越來越多企業藉由商業智慧的導入與應用,作為知識管理的主要工具,提昇組織的經營效率與競爭優勢。本研究以個案研究方式,探討某連鎖藥局導入商業智慧之效益。實證結果發現在四個構面:一、流程效率、二、商品管理、三、顧客服務、四、連鎖構面的效益。此結論協助其他藥局導入商業智慧績效的評估,也提供其他企業個案在建置實施商業智慧系統之相關結論與建議。

In recent years, the creation and application of knowledge and knowledge management have been considered as the source of enterprise's key competitiveness. Through effective knowledge management to enhance knowledge on business and personal value and efficiency, and thus enhance competitiveness has become a key issue. More and more enterprises introduce business intelligence as a main tool for knowledge management to enhance the operating efficiency and competitive advantage of the organizations. This study explores the effectiveness of introducing BI by chain pharmaceuticals. Empirical results found in four dimensions: process efficiency, commodity management, customer service, and chain dimensions of effectiveness. The conclusion can assist other pharmaceuticals to assess the feasibility of introduction of business intelligence. It also provides enterprises recommendations and suggestions of implementing the business intelligence systems.
