摘要

大專院校依各自學校健康管理目的發展自己的管理系統有其必要性，本研究希望建置適用於大專院校之健康管理資訊系統，並提供此方面的探討。開發的系統以學校保健室的校醫、護理人員、學生使用者做為使用端，透過該系統可以將健檢資料進行登錄並以網頁即時呈現資訊，也可將數據加以統計分析形成圖表，提供學校管理者制定必要之衛生政策。本系統以使用者調查法針對醫護人員的需求進行分析進而設計系統，選擇合適的系統開發環境將系統開發工具與資料庫等軟體進行開發結合，以瀏覽器為使用環境，設計出符合使用者需求的使用平台。本系統可透過使用者意見進行系統修正使其更具可用性，也希望能藉以提升學校健康中心在公共衛生的效能。

It's necessary for universities to develop their own health management system according to specific management purposes. In the study, we developed and assessed the health survey systems for a university by using MS Visual C # and ASP.NET tools. Using a scramble virtual health record sample, we operated the ASP.NET and NPOI technic to build the health information database and query platform after discussing with medical staffs of the university. Through this web system, health care workers in campus can upload or revise the medical checkup data, and understand the patient's records as soon as possible. The medical staffs then can provide advices for students and improve the health service quality. In this platform, campus nurses or students can check physical condition through network at any time. The developed system can also present the statistics and visual charts, which could provide administrators to develop appropriate health policy.
