Effectiveness of Healthy Lifestyle Curriculum on the College Students' Life Style

The experimental group accepted 12 hours' course on healthy lifestyles curriculum. The control group did not accept the curriculum. The posttest between the two groups showed that the experimental group had significant differences in nutrition, health responsibility and stress management (p<0.05 or p<0.00). The experimental group has more post-test scores than the control group. For example, the average score in nutrition is 23.80>21.59, health responsibility 26.79>24.66, stress management 26.50>23.66, indicating the effectiveness of the course. The healthy lifestyle of the experimental group was better than that of the control group before and after the test. The experimental group has improved more control group, for example, the average score in nutrition was 3.51>2.32, and in terms of stress management was 4.43>2.03, interpersonal relationships was 5.55>3.65, etc. The results of this study show that the intervention of a healthy lifestyle curriculum is more effective in increasing a healthy lifestyle than those who have not received the curriculum. The results of this study can be provided reference for relevant units to manage or promote the healthy lifestyle of college students in the future.
