本研究主要目的為了解中部某護理系應屆畢業生面臨就業之壓力源及探討『血液透析訓練計劃』對應屆護理系學生在專業知識及技能提昇之成效,採類實驗法之設計,透過『血液透析訓練計畫』-包含課程講授及實際血液透析中心實習後,進行成效評估。應用產學合作之方式,以中部某科技大學護理系二技及四技應屆畢業班學生為對象,選取共36名學生為實驗組,實施血液透析訓練計畫並收集相關資料。研究所得資料以SPSS套裝軟體建檔,以進行統計分析。結果發現應屆學生面臨就業之壓力源主要有:專業準備度、心理準備度及環境熟悉度等不足。在經由三個月包含課程及實習的血液透析訓練計劃實施後,學生在血液透析專業知識評量前後測差異及對未來臨床護理工作的自覺專業知識之勝任度方面,成效最為顯著,達統計顯著差異。對技能之勝任度雖然有少許提升,但未達統計上之顯著差異。此研究結果可提供護理系課程安排之參考,並建議臨床較屬專業或壓力大之科別能多與業界進行合作,以增進學生就業之適應力。
The purpose of this study was to understand the stressors of senior nursing student and explore the effect of hemodialysis training program on students’ professional knowledge and skills, and psychological preparations. The research was quasi-experimental design. Hemodialysis training program contained lecture and practicum was intervened through Corporate-Academic Cooperation. The purposive sampling method was used to select subjects. Thirty-six senior nursing students from two-year and four-year program participated in the study. The finding revealed that stressors of student were lack of professional knowledge, skill, ability of dealing with emergent incidence and interpersonal communication, and fear of incapability, unfamiliar with working environment, and insufficient physical vigor in shifts. Paired t test was performed to examine the difference between before and after hemodialysis training program related to hemodialysis knowledge and self-evaluation on knowledge, skills and psychological confidences. The significant difference was found on hemodialysis knowledge and self-evaluation on knowledge confidence. Self-evaluation on skill and psychological confidences increased but had no significant difference. The results may offered as a reference for curriculum designed.
