護理知識管理於臨床護理實習之推動

Promoting the Application of Nursing Knowledge Management in Clinical Nursing Practice

摘要


近年來,運用知識管理於醫療產業,以符合健康照護服務需求,已成為重要的研究領域。護理知識管理於護理專業之運用,不僅可提升護理品質、增加護理能力,且可降低護理人員的離職率。尤其現今的護理教育缺乏現實感,使得護理教育與臨床工作實況有差異,知識管理策略的運用乃是因應之道。臨床護理實習在護理養成教育中佔有重要地位,臨床護理教師則是護生護理專業成長的關鍵。護理知識管理於臨床護理實習之推動將可提升教師效能,而護生的知識管理能力愈佳,其護理專業承諾之認知表現愈佳。護理指導教師若能於求學期間就開始做好知識管理,將有助於護生的學習經驗維持穩定運作,培養出能夠適應醫療環境變遷的專業人員。

Today, the health care industry is moving into the e-health age. To meet the needs of the health care services, applying knowledge management into medical products has become an important field of study. Applying nursing knowledge management in clinical nursing practice not only improves the quality of care and the nurse capacity but also reduces nurse turnover. The crisis in nursing today is that nurses are confronting with unfriendly working environment and poor reality-oriented nursing education. Nursing knowledge management could arm graduates with new tools for clinical excellence. In addition, clinical nursing practice plays a very important role in nursing education, and clinical nursing teachers are crucial people in the professional development of nursing students during their clinical training. The teaching efficiency of clinical nursing instructors would increase after applying nursing knowledge management into clinical nursing practices, as would nursing students, by utilizing this knowledge management. The greater degree of knowledge management nursing students have, the higher the degree of perception regarding their professional integrity will manifest itself. Thus, learning knowledge management from the beginning of nursing education will be the best course of action for nursing students. It would facilitate nursing students' learning and help them maintain stability during clinical practice. Finally, nursing knowledge management will provide better-adjusted professional nurses for such fast changing medical environments.
