混沌理論及其在學校經營管理的應用研究

近來有關學校教育問題的研究報告指出渾沌理論是教育研究的一種新典範。在本研究中，研究者應用混沌的新概念來解析學校教育的經營管理問題。同時透過文獻回顧及案例探討來說明混沌理論的意涵及其對學校經營管理的分析應用。根據研究分析與討論，研究發現「混沌理論」中起始效應、奇特吸引子、分岐點、耗散結構、回饋機制等概念，對於理解學校經營管理方面提供另類的發現與詮釋。同時本研究提出建議，供後續將混沌理論應用於社會科學領域的研究者及實務工作者作為進一步應用與研究的參考。

Recently, studies about the management of school educational issues reports that chaos theory is a new paradigm for educational research. In this paper the author make chaos theory a new concept to face the management of school educational issues. This study explores the meaning of chaos theory and analyzes its applications on the management at school by literature review and case study. Finally, according to the findings of analyses and discuss, this study indicate that the concepts of initial effect, strange attractor, bifurcation, dissipative structure, feedback mechanism of the chaos theory may available for alternative discovery and explanations on the social science and management at school and give suggestions.
