Recently, studies about the management of school educational issues reports that chaos theory is a new paradigm for educational research. In this paper the author make chaos theory a new concept to face the management of school educational issues. This study explores the meaning of chaos theory and analyzes its applications on the management at school by literature review and case study. Finally, according to the findings of analyses and discuss, this study indicate that the concepts of initial effect, strange attractor, bifurcation, dissipative structure, feedback mechanism of the chaos theory may available for alternative discovery and explanations on the social science and management at school and give suggestions.
