摘要

路易斯•薩奇爾(Louis Sachar)一向以幽默、搞怪的寫作風格聞名於文壇。一九九九年，薩奇爾又以他獨特的搞怪技巧與幽默風格，完成令人回味無窮的著作《洞》(Holes)一書，再度贏得學界的肯定並且開花結果，成爲兒童文學界最高榮譽的紐伯瑞文學大獎金牌得主。本文從「反諷(irony)」與「顛覆(subversion)」的視角，探究作者在此書中所呈現的幽默、搞怪技巧，並且探討作者於作品中所呈現的「後現代(postmodernism)」現象，以提供喜好研究隡奇爾作品的讀者一重要的參考資料。
