員工對勞工退休條例宣導之滿意度之探討

摘要

攸關龐大勞工退休生活保障的「勞工退休金條例」已正式於九十四年七月一日正式實施，至今已實施一年多的時間，勞工對於勞退新制的實施，本文以三家實施勞退新制之企業爲調查對象，瞭解員工對於全業宣導勞退新制之滿意程度，希冀能對於雄動勞退新制實施與教育有正面之效益，提供雇主與員工相關建議和參考。

The Statute for Labor Pension has been implemented since July 1, 2005. Many employers and employees have been affected by the enforcement of the newly enacted Labor Pension Law. This paper conducts empirical survey on the employees of three companies to understand the satisfaction on the training and propagandizing about the law provided by the government or the employers. We hope employers and employees can benefit from the suggestions proposed.
